PPCM Adds Haas VF-2 Vertical CNC

Integration of new machinery into their manufacturing process is just one of the ways PPCM continues to stay ahead of the industry.  Continuing with this philosophy, Premier Paper has made yet another extension to its expanding repertoire, with the Haas VF-2 Vertical CNC machine.  This machine, managed by expert CNC operators, will provide highly accurate tooling at accelerated production speeds.

Manufacturing quality tooling will always be at the cornerstone of PPCM's mission to produce "The Finest Paper Slitting and Partitioning Machinery in the World."

Product Specifications:
Vertical Machining Center; 30" x 16" x 20" (762 x 406 x 508 mm), 40 taper, 30 hp (22.4 kW) vector drive, 8100 rpm, inline direct-drive, 20-station carousel tool changer, 1000 ipm (25.4 m/min) rapids, 1 MB program memory, 15" color LCD monitor, USB port, memory lock keyswitch, rigid tapping and 55-gallon (208 liter) flood coolant system.
